Red Witch

Produced in Switzerland and made from raw cow's milk, Red Witch is a staff favorite for reasons you will understand once you taste this cheese.  Made for the pre-Lent festival in Switzerland, this cheese was made to pair with many different wines, beers and spirits.  Rubbed in paprika, Red Witch is nutty, aromatic, sharp and creamy.
