Prima Donna Gouda

Prima Donna is an aged Gouda made from pasteurized cow's milk in the Netherlands.  Expect nutty flavors with a subtle caramel sweetness and crunchy protein crystals that form in clusters throughout the paste.  its texture is firm with an underlying creaminess and has a tendency to crumble when cut.
