Honey Bee Gouda

One of our best selling goat cheeses!  From the Netherlands, this cheese is full of flavor.  Made from pure goats milk and a drizzle of honey, the flavor profile is full yet mild with a cashew-like nutty sweetness balanced with just the right amount of salt.  The textue is firm and the perfect consistency to slice, grate or cube to eat alone or in a wonderful salad!  YUM!
