Simply the best Gruyere you'll ever taste!  Produce by well-known artisan cheesemaker Maurice Bapst who makes the cheese in the traditional way on the mountain, cooking it over an open fire. "Alpage" Gruyere is made from the milk of happy cows that have grazed at high elevations in the mountains eating a diet of herbs, flowers, thistle and more!
