Sage Derby is England's oldest and most famouse cheese; originally made for special occasions such as Harvest and Christmas.  It has a firm, buttery texture and boasts a nutty flavor with a natural sage flavor that builds as it melts in your mouth.  
It is naturally colored with spinach.  
Made with pasteurized milk and vegetarian rennet.
