All their products are made in small batches to ensure the best quality - just look for the hand-written batch number on every package. Charlito's Cocina uses only 100% pasture raised, heritage breed pork and fleur de sel for seasoning. The Chorizo is seasoned with Mediterranean sea salt, mild paprika, and garlic. The Truffle Seca is seasoned with simply black truffles and mineral sea salt.
